Our real estate journey started back in 2008, days before a global recession triggered a massive financial meltdown. Times were tough back then, and the real estate outlook was grim to say the least. Gone were our dreams of listing million dollar properties and being icons of the real estate world.

Fast forward, and we have poured ourselves into our own real estate business over the past 15+ years, learning from anyone we could along the way, and we’ve been fortunate enough to have grown from struggling newbies, to high-producing agents, running an award-winning team (even being ranked in the Top 25 Keller Williams’ teams in the country at one point), and managing a brokerage with over 125 agents in one of the busiest real estate markets in the world.

Having run a brokerage, and spending nearly a decade as a trainer and mentor, it became really clear to me that the industry could be doing so much more to help agents to grow their businesses, elevate their brands, and improve their overall professionalism. All those early struggles and years of experience only underlined the fact that most agents actually entered the workforce unprepared (mentally and financially).

The traditional brokerage only offers basic training that it isn’t anywhere near the level that agents and brokers really need in order to build a stable business.

You don’t need to look very far to find evidence of this. Data from the National Association of REALTORs confirms that 75% of agents and brokers fail within their first year in real estate, and a staggering 87% of REALTORs fail and leave the industry altogether within five years!

But, we’ll let you in on a little secret - Most successful agents are regular people, just like you, that just happened to build their businesses around the systems, processes and philosophies that are most-aligned around who they are.

There is a mega agent inside all of us, and we just need to harness the right tools to unleash our full potential.

I decided right then and there to be the catalyst for change. I have spent years developing our curriculum, and we believe we’ve successfully cracked the code and broken it down into a ‘solvable science.’ Our mission was simple: Reduce the failure rate in the industry, level the playing field, and share the knowledge and insights that other trainers won’t.
